IMPORTANT NOTE: All sales are final and, except for the special case of the Believer Pass ticket type, nonrefundable. Nevertheless, tickets are transferrable! In general, individuals transferring a ticket forward to themselves for 2024 can do so free of charge while people who want to transfer a ticket to another individual for 2023 incur a $30 transfer fee. This is to discourage people from stockpiling and upselling tickets as well as to prevent unaffiliated parties from trying to sell fake tickets to the detriment of the event production and attenders.
